Babington Holmes Ltd are a RICS‑regulated consultancy delivering clear, commercially grounded construction services in a wide variety of areas, including Employers Agent, Contract Administration, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project and Maintenance Management. With established and trusted working relationships with our partners, we are also able to support with Structural Engineering, Drainage surveys/design, Topographical surveys and detailed aerial drone surveys.
With over 40 years of experience across rural estates, healthcare, education, industrial, commercial and housing sectors, we are able to tailor pragmatic and valued solutions for our clients.
Who We Are
Babington Holmes are a team of Chartered professionals, regulated by the RICS, having held senior estate/property leadership roles across various sectors. We combine major‑project experience with the responsiveness of an independent practice and work in partnership with a trusted network of other consultants where necessary to deliver end to end projects.
