Mark Holmes MRICS FCMI
Director
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years expertise in delivering complex property investment, development, and asset management programmes, having held senior estates and commercial roles in the healthcare, higher education, housing and commercial sectors and is a proven leader of multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.
Renowned for driving transformation and sustainable returns on investment through innovative estate strategies, business restructuring, and targeted/sustained commercial growth initiatives, Mark combines deep technical insight with commercial acumen to consistently deliver high-performing compliant property services and operational excellence.
Mark is a specialist in governance, strategy, procurement, contract administration and financial management involving multi-million-pound budgets and compliance frameworks. He is also experienced in organisational and construction Health & Safety, encompassing policy development, procedural implementation, business continuity, and corporate risk mapping.
Mark is proud to have built strong, trusted relationships with clients and takes the time to understand their ambitions in order to unlock excellence and positive outcomes.
William Babington Tree MRICS
Director
William is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years industry related experience working across rural estates, healthcare and large scale development projects in both commercial and residential sectors. William has a wealth of experience with regards to planned and reactive maintenance, capital project delivery, estate management, contract administration and Employers Agent services.
As a CAA licensed drone pilot, William also provides drone inspection services that support informed planning and asset management across all categories of our professional services. His technical expertise include condition surveys, contract administration, employers agent, clerk of works, specification writing, independent certifier role, dilapidations surveys and strategic commercial management support services.
William has a natural instinct for empathy, making sure end user requirements are fully understood and delivered throughout the project lifecycle, and without compromise.
