Acting as the client’s representative, we ensure contractual obligations are met, performance standards upheld, and project objectives achieved.

We provide pre-contract support including feasibility studies, procurement strategy, and preparation of Employers Requirements. Post-contract, we manage contractor liaison, monitor progress, chair site meetings, oversee quality control, and issue certifications in line with contract requirements.
